When in full-screen mode, I could not change to another process nor start up the windows menu - it would just sit there as if frozen. One of the new bugs included: Quicken 2020 took control of my computer, going back and forth into full-screen (read: no Windows taskbar) and then back to maximised window a few times when I was doing an "update" to balance my accounts. The only thing "new and improved" about Quicken 2020 is they have put the software in a "wrapper" (or shell) that ensures you PAID your pound of flesh to Quicken before starting up what appears to be Quicken 2017, with all the bugs and glitches - PLUS a few NEW ONES! I was hopeful that after I upgraded to "Quicken 2020" yesterday that they would have at least fixed SOME of the bugs.
